Incremental Backup vs. Full Backup

In Step 3 of the New Task Wizard, you can choose between full backup and incremental backup.

Full backup means that all selected files will be backed up upon each backup session.

Incremental backup means that only the new and changed files will be backed up. However, the first time you do the backup on a task, Office Backup will perform full backup of all selected files and then, if you choose incremental backup, it will back up new and changed files only.
