Restore Task Properties

Below is the description of the Restore Task Properties window. The following tabs are available within it:

Name

The Name tab allows you to change the name of the restore task. To change the name, simply type a new name in the field provided, and click the Apply button at the bottom of the window.

Storage

In the Storage tab, you can see the location of the index file to which Office Backup refers in order to perform the restore operation from the backup file. The index file cannot be changed or transferred to another location, so there is nothing you can change in the Storage tab. It is available only for inspection.

Backup Set

In the Backup Set tab, you can see and change the restore location. To change the restore location, click it to select and then, click the Edit button to browse for another location.

Advanced

In the Advanced tab, you can select the type of restore for the backup task. This properties tab corresponds to step 4 of the New Task Wizard, so refer to How to Restore section of the manual for details.

Scheduling

In the Scheduling tab you can change the schedule of the selected restore task. For details, refer to the Schedule Restore section of the manual.

Actions

The last tab, Actions, allows you to schedule other programs to run before or after the backup task. This task properties tab is identical to the Actions tab of the Backup Task Properties, so refer there for details.
