Yes, it is possible
if Office Backup can gain the read access to such a file. Make sure that the "Open files
exclusively" option in the Item Properties/Advanced/File-specific settings is
unchecked. Otherwise, the program will try to open the file for a full access and, since it is impossible, it will skip the file. Office Backup does not
backup files that not accessible for reading (particularly, system files like
pagefile.sys, files opened without sharing permission, loaded modules (EXEs
and DLLs), etc.).
If you use the multiple files compression, each individual compressed file size should not exceed 2 GB.
In case of compression into a single archive, the whole archive size should not exceed 2 Gb. If
you backup to CD-RW, there is no limitation on data size.
Yes, you can do this. If you do not want the program
to backup certain files / folders, just uncheck them in the list of files
/ folders to be backed up (for details, see
Specify
Backup Set).
Yes, the program supports backup to USB and zip drives
and works with them in the same way as it does with the local drives.
