Note that in case of backup onto CDs the program performs only full
backup, so both options will be grayed out.
Delete all files from the destination except those
being backed up (not applicable to the single ZIP mode): Allows deleting all files
from the destination folder
except the files specified in the backup set.

Note: Please be careful with this option! Before checking it,
make sure that your destination folder does not contain files you do not
want to delete! For example, if you choose the C:\ disk as your
destination location, you may accidentally lose ALL data on
this disk. |
Store backups with timestamps:
Check this option
if you want the program to store every backup set in a separate folder,
according to the date/time of the backup operation. The program will create a
new subfolder
in the
destination folder marking it with a
timestamp on every backup operation. To adjust the timestamp format settings, press the "Timestamp format
settings" button.

Keep all versions (do not delete old backups):
Select this option if you want to keep all backups.

File-specific settings

Skip read only files: The program will ignore
the read only files and folders.
Skip hidden files: The program will ignore the
hidden files.
Skip system files: The program will ignore the
system files.
Open files exclusively: This option
allows Office Backup to
open the files in such a way that another programs will not be able to open
them when backup operation is performed. Files already opened by another programs will
not be processed even if they are accessible for reading.
