Here you set a number of advanced
synchronization settings.
Synchronization Type: Select the synchronization type.

Copy from the first folder to the second: Check here to copy
files/folders from the first folder to the second.

Copy from the second folder to the first:
Check here to copy files/folders from
the second folder to the first.
Delete the files which are not in the source: Allows deleting
all files in the destination folder except the files being copied from the source.
For files with the same names: Specify a program action on detecting
the files with the same names.

copy newer: the program will replace the older files with the newer ones;

copy older: the
program will replace newer files with older ones;

copy smaller: the
program will replace the larger files with the smaller ones;

copy larger: the
program will replace the smaller files with the larger ones;

skip: the program will ignore the files with the same names.
