When Office Backup is running, the Office Backup icon
(the agent) appears in the system tray.
It doesn't require much system resources and
provides for the following functions:

indicates that Office Backup is running;

allows the program
scheduler to work;

allows opening the program window by
double-clicking on the agent;

allows using some agent menu options.
Agent Menu
The agent menu is accessible by right-clicking the
agent. All the menu options are performed with the user's left-click.

Open
Office Backup:
Allows opening the program window when it is minimized.

Execute All Items:
Upon clicking this option, the program executes all items
simultaneously.
Note that this option cannot be used when backing up on a CD, as in this case
only the item that has managed to lock the CD first will be backed up.

Exit:
Exits the
program (the program will be terminated and the agent will disappear from the
system tray).
